Halloween

Sorry this is a little late!!! :) I was planning on posting it on Halloween, but I lost the poem. So finally, A MONTH LATER, I found it!!! So here it is!!

Halloween:

By Eva

Twisted vines and gnarly trees

Haunted houses and skeleton keys

Spooky ghosts of Christmas past–

Scared little children run by fast

Vampires dream

Of Children’s screams

And tinkling bells

Drown out the night’s yells

A wolf howls in the distance, an owl calls

Black cat’s crawl up aged stone walls

A witch cackles, and dives with her broom

It’ll be striking midnight soon.
